Participation without presentation

In case you want to participate in the conference without holding a presentation, we kindly ask you to register early. Indeed, there is no deadline for registration, however, this makes it easier to estimate the number of participants for us. Please fill in the registration form and send it via email, fax or mail to the GAL-office.

Participation with presentation (sections or workshop)

In case you want to participate in the conference with holding a presentation, we kindly ask you to send your abstract until 08th of June 2015 via email to the GAL-office using the following email adress: geschaeftsstelle[at]gal-ev.de. Please register early, but latest until 30th of June 2015 for the conference. Please fill in the registration form and send it via email, fax or mail to the GAL-office.

The book of abstracts will be provided on the homepage some time before the conference. We kindly ask you to print the abstracts, that are interesting for you, by yourself.

Conference fees (including snacks and drinks during breaks):

• GAL-members: 45 Euro
• Polish participants: 45 Euro
• non-members: 70 Euro
• students: 30 Euro

Due to organisational reasons a one-day-ticket can not be offered.

The fees are valid in case of registration and payment up to and including 6th of September 2015. Afterwards, the payment will only be possible on site and the conference fees will be increased by 10 Euro. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Costs for the Conference Dinner (drinks have to be paid by yourself):

• participants of the conference and guests: 20 Euro
• students: 15 Euro

We kindly ask you to pay the costs together with the conference fee. This allows an easier calculation of costs by the organisation team and finally saves costs.
