The class will discuss recent theories of international justice and democracy, and relate them to European and international politics. We will analyse various cases of international and supranational governance and question whether and on how far they comply with the criteria of different normative theories. Teaching will be based on extensive reading. Hinweise zur Veranstaltung: The number of participants is limited to 30. Each participant is asked to submit a brief exposé (1-2 pages) until 1st
