Laughter revue

Filmosophy II on 29.01.26 (Thursday) at 6 pm is also about dialogue, but this time the focus is on a more ephemeral film form. Daniel Illger will lead the subsequent discussion, in which we will address questions such as: What do we actually find funny? What happens when we laugh together? And why is it sometimes so unpleasant when a joke doesn't work? Much has been thought and written about the anthropological function of humour, jokes and laughter as a form of encounter with the world. In the context of filmosophy, we want to approach it together using audiovisual experiences. Or in short: watching funny clips.
